The car was delivered to my door and it was immaculate when it arrived. Documents were sent within the time frame specified. The service on the phone and on day of delivery was excellent. I'd rate them a 10 out of 10.

So far so good with my Corsa! I haven't come across any issues, it's been a great car. As for the customer service, I thought the team were really good and I have no complaints.

Since I work from home I only tend to drive my new car once a week, so I haven't put many miles on the clock at all but it's been a reliable car for the small trips I have done. On the day there were no issues and after agreeing to take the car, it only took 5 days to turn it around before I was being handed the keys. Overall, I'm happy with it.

My Nissan Note has been a great little car and to date I haven't had any issues with it. I've recently taken the kids down to Blackpool, and it got there and back perfectly. The kids are also enjoying the car, which is a bonus. I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was polite and answered every question I had.

While I was purchasing my Ford Focus I thought the staff were very approachable and friendly to talk to, which made asking questions about the car a lot easier. Once all of my questions were answered, I was happy to go ahead with the car and since driving away I've not driven it much but it's been perfect.

Overall I wouldn't have wanted my car buying experience to have gone any differently. It was a no pressure sale from the team and I drove away in a great Honda that up to now hasn't had any issues.

So far everything with my BMW X5 has been going well, and manically it's great. I'm just waiting for the V5 to come through then everything will be perfect. I can't remember the name of the salesman on the day who dealt with me but he was very good. He made everything quick, simple and hassle free. I was happy with how the sale went.

Everything has been grand with my Mitsubishi for the time I've had it, and it's really enjoyable to drive. I mainly use it as a towing car, and it's getting the job done, to say the least. I can't remember the chap who looked after me but I had no issues to report about the service he provided.

I've got no complaints on my end about my experience. Rated this 4 stars because....well everyone needs to strive for that extra star don't we,I've had many cars since passing my test and this has been one of if not best buying experience so far,constant communication back and forth,polite & friendly put a fresh M.O.T on the car for me picking it up,I highly recommend these guys...... I would however enquire about having your car delivered, took me nearly 40mins just to get out of Edinburgh l,my satnav gave me a tour of the city I think lol, seriously though shop with AR AUTO Sales Ltd you won't be disappointed

Everything is going just fantastic with my new Hyundai I10, its exactly what I needed to get me around, as I was only looking for a little runner to get me from A-B without breaking down on me every few weeks unlike my last car. So, the reliability of the car was a crucial factor that along with just how cost effective, the car is to run. so really have no complaints, from me. Regarding their customer service, it was excellent from start to finish all my questions and queries were answered I left with a smile on my face and car keys in hand so overall incredibly happy. so full marks from me, will be back again, when it comes time an upgrade.

I went to AR Auto Sales to get myself a more budget-friendly car, and the Vauxhall Astra offered exactly that. It has great mileage and a pretty decent spec in comparison to my previous car. All good stuff, I had a Twingo for my last car and really liked it, decided to get the same again, AR Auto Sales were very helpful and the car I got was in excellent condition. Couldn't pick a fault with the car or the process at all.

Very happy to have dealt with AR Auto Sales, I passed my test back in September and waited until the new year to get myself a car, I picked up a used Ford C Max as it fit the bill for what I needed and was within the budget I set myself. The car has been excellent so far, I took the car into Halfords for a general health check and they did advise it needed a new battery, this is going to be sorted under the warranty and aside from this, everything else has been perfect. The team are all really lovely too, I felt very comfortable conversing with the staff and they were very informative, helped me make the right decision for me.

I can confidently say that the team are highly responsive and do give you alot of information and help you out when buying the car. I took the car for a test drive which I liked. I purchased the Volvo V40 and it is running as I would of expected. I think the team are good. What I would improve is just a little more knowledge when out on the test drive from the sales advisor about the car, but apart the experience was fantastic!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Bernard, who is the owner of the company and he was great. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I bought a lovely Skoda Fabia that runs well, feels smooth and does everything we need it to. There was one little thing on the car that we needed replacing but the team replaced it in no time for us and we was pleased with how the minor hiccup was rectified.
